Make a real impact on a Fortune 500 company, improving the customer experience for a diverse Spanish-speaking audience. As a Spanish Translator and Proofreader, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring clear and accurate communication reaches a broad audience. Your expertise in Spanish translation and proofreading will play a vital role in shaping how this leading organization connects with its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with internal teams to manage and execute translation requests for essential pre-formatted documents.
* Strategically partner with external translation vendors to oversee project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality translations.
* Meticulously proofread and conduct thorough quality checks on all translated content prior to distribution.
* Provide constructive feedback to translation vendors to continuously elevate the quality of translation services.
* Gain a deep understanding of organizational strategies and objectives to ensure linguistic alignment across all communications.
* Exercise independent judgment in work methods, navigating ambiguous situations with minimal supervision.
* Adhere to established guidelines and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all linguistic projects.

Must-Have Qualifications:

* Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish, encompassing exceptional reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with an impeccable grasp of grammar and style.
* Demonstrated professional experience in translation and/or proofreading.
* Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of successfully meeting deadlines.
* Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
* Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively with strong time management skills.
* A genuine passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.
