As a Content Designer, you’ll be the voice of a leading financial institution, shaping how millions interact with their digital products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling narratives across various digital platforms. Collaborating closely with fellow designers, researchers, and product managers, you’ll ensure every interaction resonates with clarity and purpose. You’ll be a champion for the customer, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of every design decision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop content strategies that inform and empower customers across a range of digital products.
  • Lead collaborative design sessions, guiding the team towards user-centered content solutions.
  • Craft compelling and accessible content, including labels, microcopy, and supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure content adheres to regulatory standards.
  • Conduct content audits and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Partner with researchers to test content effectiveness and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Champion inclusive design principles, ensuring content is accessible to all users.
  • Manage content documentation and version control throughout the product lifecycle.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A post-secondary education, ideally with a university degree or college diploma.
  • At least 4 years of writing experience at a creative agency or in-house creative team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • A portfolio showcasing your copywriting expertise.

Nice-to Have Qualifications:

  • Facility in French.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation methods.
  • Understanding of current design and technology trends.
