This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in market research and data analysis to drive meaningful change. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven insights that inform critical business decisions. Your work will directly impact the way creators connect with their audiences, shaping the future of online storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-country quantitative and qualitative research projects, from inception to completion.
  • Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research instruments (e.g., surveys, focus groups, interviews).
  • Synthesize research findings into compelling narratives for executive audiences, influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define research objectives, methodologies, and success metrics.
  • Analyze market and industry trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business case development.
  • Drive data-oriented analysis, develop metrics, and synthesize information to influence business decisions.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data and research requests, providing technical support and analysis to senior leaders.
  • Evaluate new market and product opportunities to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Min. 8 years of client-side insights and marketing research experience, within a B2C environment.
  • Familiarity with the creator economy and online content creation platforms.
  • Proven experience in executing multi-country research projects.
  • Expertise in crafting qualitative and quantitative research instruments.
  • Strong ability to develop compelling research narratives for executive audiences.
  • Excellent working knowledge of research design and methods (IDIs, focus groups, surveys, statistical analyses).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, storytelling, marketing analysis, data judgment, technical acumen, project management, dashboarding, presentation, and consultative skills.
