Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of mid- and lower-funnel marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of compelling marketing materials and content.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of marketing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in the beauty industry.
