We are looking for an Operations Analyst to optimize our Global retail client’s customized product fulfillment process. This is a 4-month hybrid engagement based in Beaverton, OR. This is an unparalleled opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an Operations Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how this iconic brand delivers personalized products to its customers. You will dive deep into data, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. Your insights will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire supply chain, from manufacturing to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and improve operational workflows for product launches and special releases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize speed, cost, and manufacturing capacity.
  • Analyze data to identify and resolve bottlenecks in on-time shipment and delivery, ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and factory partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Drive operational excellence by defining best practices and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and present data-based impact assessments and trade-off scenarios to senior leadership.
  • Ensure successful strategy adoption within the existing customization framework.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, business planning, or related fields.
  • Advanced skills in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, data visualization software, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex topics effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer business models.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with international teams.
