Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
• Champion functional excellence by contributing to best practices and process development within the project management discipline.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, effectively leading and navigating change.
• Clearly communicate project vision and objectives, ensuring clarity and alignment across diverse teams.
• Support engineering squad operations, including planning meetings, stakeholder communication, and maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrate expertise in core project management skills: schedule and resource management, risk and issue mitigation, and meeting facilitation.
• Drive cross-functional program team cohesion and collaboration, both internally and externally.
• Apply a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving, leveraging data analysis to inform project decisions.
• Develop, execute, and communicate comprehensive project plans using established industry standards and tools.
• Interpret statistical data to optimize project execution and drive effective problem resolution.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to maintain transparent communication of project status, process optimization, and timely deliverables.
• Proactively communicate project status to stakeholders, emphasizing alignment with core project sponsors.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Project Management related field, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading project teams within a high-volume manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including managers, engineers, operators, technicians, and supervisors.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for executive-level audiences.
• Expertise in project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting engineering squads and understanding their organizational structure.
• Experience presenting to and communicating with senior leadership.
