Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Support designers in creating compelling user experiences.
• Lead design efforts for specific answer segments.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
• Present design solutions and articulate design rationale.
• Develop prototypes to test and iterate on designs.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Stay up-to-date on current and emerging design trends and technologies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating the end-to-end design process.
• Proficiency in Figma (3-5 years experience).
• Experience with Adobe design tools (1+ year).
• Experience with AI design tools (1+ year).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, web and mobile interaction patterns.
• Strong visual/UI design skills and a deep understanding of design principles (color, typography, layout, brand).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadline pressure.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working with global teams.
• Experience designing for large-scale platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
