As an Internal Events Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind impactful internal events, programs, and workshops. Your expertise in event planning and execution will ensure these experiences resonate with a global audience, effectively communicating key messages and fostering a sense of community. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, interface with executive leadership, and manage vendor relationships to deliver seamless and memorable events.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops, for employees and stakeholders worldwide.
- Develop engaging and inspiring content aligned with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive event experiences.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor relations, budgeting, and communication plans.
- Interface with executive leadership to provide updates and ensure alignment.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Events, and/or Internal Engagement
- Proven ability to think strategically, balancing creative vision with practical execution.
- Solid project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with international teams.
