Start Date:

**This role is targeting local, authorized candidates who can work in-office 2-3 days/week in Toronto, ON, on a T4 basis.**
Step into a pivotal role with our client, a renowned Canadian retail giant, and take ownership of hands-on programmatic campaign execution across their brands. As a Digital Operations & Display Specialist, you’ll be deep in-platform every day, trafficking campaigns, pacing budgets, and making sure retail promotions and brand campaigns launch flawlessly.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of DV360 experience who loves detail, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to grow their programmatic expertise across multiple banners and campaign types.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute digital campaigns directly in DV360 (with exposure to Amazon DSP and StackAdapt).
- Manage trafficking: upload/sync creatives, QA assets, and ensure campaigns meet technical requirements.
- Track budgets and pacing daily, flagging issues and helping ensure campaign delivery aligns with objectives.
- Support vendor partners and publishers on programmatic guaranteed and direct buys.
- Contribute to reporting and performance insights (most reporting automated; focus is on QA and accuracy).
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Maintain campaign documentation, trafficking sheets, and tracking records.
- Collaborate with the planning team to secure assets and campaign details.
- Flex across multiple retail banners, supporting a team of five, as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience:
- 1–2 years of hands-on trafficking in DV360 (campaign set-up, QA, budget pacing, troubleshooting).
- Understanding of both performance and brand awareness campaigns.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with detailed campaign documentation.
- Resilience and adaptability — able to manage last-minute changes and shifting priorities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Amazon DSP or StackAdapt trafficking experience.
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of tracking/pixels (escalation, not technical rebuild).
- Exposure to retail marketing campaigns.
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Vendor teams, in-house trading desks, or agency trading desks.
