We’re partnering with a leading innovator seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Programmatic Activation Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Programmatic Activation Specialist, you’ll be the architect of innovative campaigns across leading platforms. You’ll dive deep into data, uncovering actionable insights and optimizing performance to achieve ambitious marketing objectives. Collaborating closely with a team of experts, you’ll contribute to the evolution of global marketing programs and help define how success is measured in the programmatic landscape.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize programmatic media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand performance beyond surface-level metrics and inform campaign decisions.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of display and video advertising, executing strategic campaigns to exceed KPIs.
  • Validate campaign performance through strategic testing and effectively communicate the value of programmatic media buying.
  • Stay at the forefront of programmatic advertising trends and maintain expertise in platforms like The Trade Desk and DV360.

Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Digital media agency or Demand Side Platform, with a minimum of 3 years in media buying.
  • Expertise in DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, AdWords).
  • Deep understanding of display and video platform buying.
  • Experience with SSP/Ad Exchange platforms and in-depth experience with Private Marketplace setup, management, and curation.
  • Expert-level understanding of optimization levers and testing approaches across media buying platforms.
  • Experience with third-party brand safety providers (e.g., IAS, MOAT, DV).
  • Strong data analysis, visualization, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent social, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Keynote.
  • Understanding of marketing attribution and measurement.
  • Knowledge of subscription business models.
  • DoubleClick Certification.
  • A passion and curiosity for digital media.
