About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Research Analyst to support our marketing and competitive intelligence efforts. This hands-on role is ideal for someone skilled at collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to inform strategic decisions. The analyst will work closely with internal teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to support marketing strategies and competitive intelligence initiatives.
  • Design and manage surveys, analyze transcripts, and synthesize findings using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Notebook.
  • Create clear, visually compelling charts and dashboards to communicate insights using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and other visualization software.
  • Summarize research findings in concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility across research projects.
  • Quickly learn and incorporate new AI tools and shortcuts to improve research efficiency and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing research, competitive intelligence, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and visualization.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted research tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and Google Notebook.
  • Proficiency in creating charts, dashboards, and visual presentations (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with ability to quickly get up to speed and adapt to new tools and processes.
