*This is a hybrid role seeking authorized, local candidates who can work in the office in Calgary, AB, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays at home.**

Our large e-commerce client seeks a Marketing Data Analyst to make a tangible impact on their marketing strategies. This is your opportunity to dive deep into marketing performance, uncover actionable insights, and empower data-driven decisions that shape the customer journey and maximize ROI. Partnering with a dynamic growth marketing team, you’ll be instrumental in building the tools and dashboards that drive success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide real-time visibility into marketing performance.
  • Integrate data from various sources into a comprehensive dashboard, enabling analysis of marketing program metrics and identification of optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing attribution models, accurately measuring the impact of marketing activities across different channels.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools, maintaining the integrity of insights.
  • Create clear documentation and user guides for reporting tools and dashboards, empowering teams to leverage data effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined data collection processes and automation solutions, enhancing workflow efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing data reporting, analytics, or similar roles, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, enabling you to transform data into compelling visuals.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other data management tools, ensuring efficient data handling and manipulation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, driving data-informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, ensuring the reliability and integrity of data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for improving data reporting processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
