Join a leading global entertainment company’s in-house creative agency as a Project Manager! Drive impactful projects from concept to completion, collaborating with creative teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise will shape the way this renowned brand connects with audiences worldwide.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Corporate Creative Resources team. You will lead a diverse range of projects, spanning design, video, digital, and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and contribute to the agency’s continued success. This role will provide the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee tier 3 and 4 projects, encompassing design, video, digital, and events, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Collaborate closely with the Manager of Production Management on key initiatives and daily operations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define scopes of work, and manage timelines and budgets effectively.
- Clearly communicate project updates, deliverables, and dependencies to clients and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and drive innovation within the creative agency.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in project/program coordination or event production.
- Proven experience coordinating creative projects across various disciplines (e.g., event production, graphic design, video production, digital projects).
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 1-3 years minimum Project Management experience.
- A passion for the entertainment industry.
- Experience working in a marketing/creative agency setting.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.646 to $42.94 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
