A leading entertainment company known for its captivating storytelling and iconic characters is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their Corporate Creative Resources team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the visual narrative of diverse brands within the enterprise, focusing primarily on supporting a major fan event. You will be a key player in crafting designs that resonate with audiences worldwide, from branding campaigns to event graphics and beyond.
As a Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Spearhead the creation of innovative and visually stunning designs across various mediums, including branding, event graphics, digital collateral, merchandise, print materials, presentations, and infographics.
  • Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in project development and brand asset acquisition.
  • Employ creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges and develop impactful solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive style guides for consistent brand application across digital, print, video, and event platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Present creative concepts and finished projects to clients, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Prepare files for production according to specific requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional designs under tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects and client needs simultaneously.
  • Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a creative studio environment (in-house or agency) within the entertainment/technology sector.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, InDesign).
  • Advanced skills in visual design, illustration, print and layout standards, color theory, and typography.
  • Strong understanding of branding, experiential design, event signage, presentations, and merchandise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, collaborating effectively within a team or independently.
  • Keen awareness of current market trends in design and content consumption.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Figma
  • Understanding of web design, including mobile and responsive landscapes

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.29 to $59.22 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
