In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, including data analysis, inventory management, and customer support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, resolving inquiries, and contributing to process improvements. Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to support decision-making.
  • Communicate technical information effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in system changes, deployments, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and track service orders, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Conduct physical inventories, audits, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide training and support on new technologies and applications.
  • Administer company policies and procedures.
  • Support project leaders with administrative tasks and project implementations.
  • Monitor and manage hardware resources.
  • Prepare business cases and budget requests.
  • Monitor and report on operational and financial metrics.
  • Assist in security consulting and audits.
  • Support disaster recovery and facilities management activities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and data management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of warehouse experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.84 to $32.05 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
