Senior Manager, Sales Execution

📍 Naperville, IL (ONSITE Mon – Fri)

💼 Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Bonus | Comprehensive Benefits

A leading national home solutions provider is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Execution to lead frontline sales operations within its internal contact center. This role is perfect for a proven sales leader who thrives on turning strategy into action, driving performance, and coaching teams to deliver consistent, measurable results.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll manage a team of supervisors, oversee daily execution of sales campaigns, and ensure coaching, incentives, and performance routines are consistently embedded across the sales floor. This position is critical to driving growth and directly influencing revenue outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage sales supervisors, ensuring consistent coaching, accountability, and KPI delivery across pods.
  • Execute frontline sales campaigns — own the rollout of new scripts, cross-sell/upsell bundles, product launches, and incentive programs.
  • Enforce coaching standards by ensuring red-flag coaching is documented, followed up, and tracked for performance improvement.
  • Partner with QA, Training, and Operations to identify execution gaps and translate performance trends into corrective actions.
  • Drive consistency in probing, objection handling, bundling, and sales closing techniques.
  • Maintain sales rhythms including daily huddles, standups, tracker reviews, and calibration sessions.
  • Deliver floor-level visibility on agent performance, coaching needs, and sales results to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, QA, Workforce Management, and Product to align campaigns and execution priorities.
  • Escalate and resolve performance issues, ensuring supervisors effectively manage underperforming agents.
  • Track and report on execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company growth goals.
  • Support special projects such as bundling pilots, incentive launches, or performance recovery plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in sales leadership, with experience managing both frontline sales agents and sales supervisors.
  • A frontline-to-leader career path (you’ve “sat in the chair” and earned credibility on the phones before leading).
  • Experience in a contact center environment: 5+ years leading frontline agents and sales supervisors in a contact center environment.
  • Proven ability to drive performance in a contact center environment, recognizing and rewarding top performance while addressing underperformance quickly.
  • Strong coaching, QA alignment, and execution skills.
  • Experience rolling out sales campaigns, incentives, and adoption programs.
  • A process/ops-first mindset with the presence to inspire, engage, and handle hard conversations with empathy and clarity.
  • Highly organized; comfortable with dashboards, trackers, and structured tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce, Lookr, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across multiple teams.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Compensation: $115K – $172K base salary + 15-20% annual bonus potential.
  • Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; paid short- and long-term disability.
  • 401(k) with 4% match: Build long-term security with employer contributions.
  • Generous PTO: Recharge and take the time you need.
  • Education Assistance: Support for tuition and professional development.
  • FSA/HSA Options: Flexible spending and health savings accounts.
  • Employee Wellness: Access to EAP, financial/legal support, and recognition programs.
  • Engaging Workplace Culture: On-site, collaborative environment with employee town halls, recognition programs, and resource groups.

Career Growth Opportunity:

This is a highly visible role that partners closely with senior leadership. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Director-level position as they demonstrate strong execution, team leadership, and performance results.

✨ This is your chance to turn sales strategy into execution at scale — leading a team that drives revenue and directly impacts customer growth. If you’re a hands-on sales leader who thrives on structure, coaching, and results, we want to hear from you.
