What You’ll Do:
- Design and produce a high volume of email and direct mail marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project briefs and objectives.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
- Maintain organized design files and version control.
Must-Haves:
- Proficiency in InDesign and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Marq (or a willingness to learn).
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
