Role Overview:
This Sales Specialist position is focused on Ads Media Effectiveness and Data Application. Your primary objective will be to drive impact at scale across a broad book of business as a strategic thought leader in the domain. You will act as a subject matter expert, empowering sales teams and their clients to have confidence in the business impact of their media investments, and to become best in class in durable data foundations and application.

Top Responsibilities:
– Developing and implementing scaled programs focused on key data & measurement domains such as durable data infrastructure, AI applications for marketing, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution modeling, experiments, and more.
– Serving as the expert consultant for our client’s most complex measurement challenges, partnering with sales teams, technical teams, and analytics teams to develop customer roadmaps and solutions.
– Acting as a crucial feedback channel, translating regional market needs and industry trends into actionable insights that influence global product development and go-to-market strategies.

Mandatory Skills or Qualifications / Minimum role qualifications requirement::
– 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
– Experience working with digital organizations.
– Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
– Experience in media effectiveness measurement (incrementality, MMM, multi-touch attribution)
– Experience in ads data application, particularly with Google solutions (Google Analytics, Google Ads, GMP etc.)
– Experience in navigating through ambiguity, managing multiple cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
– Deep knowledge of third-party digital measurement solutions landscapes.
– Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
– Excellent analytical skills, including quantitative fluency.
