In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring exciting new products to market. You’ll own project workstreams, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery. Beyond project management, you’ll also contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps, anticipating future needs and driving the evolution of the retail client experience. This is a junior-level position with increased mentorship and less emphasis on advanced presentation skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Synthesize data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to enhance client experiences.
• Navigate a fast-paced environment, making significant progress with minimal direction and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, efficiently managing multiple projects with varying scope and complexity.
• Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.

• Proven ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and create plans to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working independently and adapting to changing priorities.

• Expertise in creating compelling executive-level presentations that inform leadership decisions.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.00 to $66.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
