Become an integral part of a dynamic team, where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional service and support. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering member relationships, ensuring their financial needs are met with efficiency and care.

As a Clerk, you will:

• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing member transactions.
• Respond to member inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly through various channels.
• Assist members with card-related issues, including ordering and mailing new cards.
• Open new accounts, service existing accounts, and provide members with all necessary information.
• Promote credit union products and services tailored to member needs.
• Perform account maintenance with proper documentation and authorization.
• Serve as a backup teller, handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Teller at a credit union or bank.
• Proven cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Teller Cash Recycler experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $18.90 to $21.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
