Join a dynamic team at a leading global organization as a Program Manager, partnering with Aquent Talent. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving key initiatives forward, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of impactful programs. Your contributions will directly impact the team’s efficiency and success.
As a Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define program scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, and risk mitigation strategies. You’ll meticulously track progress, maintain project documentation, and facilitate effective communication across teams. Your ability to identify and resolve stakeholder misalignment will be essential to the program’s overall success. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and make a tangible difference within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
This is a 6-months temporary position on a remote working capacity (you need to be based in New York, US).
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive program charters, outlining scope, timelines, objectives, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
- Create detailed project plans, breaking down projects into manageable phases and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Monitor program progress, maintain project trackers, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and execute program tasks, incorporating best practices and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate productive meetings, encouraging collaboration and effective decision-making.
- Develop and deliver clear and concise program communications to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility.
- Document team roles and responsibilities, create stakeholder maps, and proactively address any misalignment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Min. 1 year of Program Management experience in a business or technology-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence working with C-Suite and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in: User understanding and empathy, Team Management, Continuous Improvement, Planning, Stakeholder Management, Portfolio Management, Technical Judgment, Execution and Governance, Managing Organizational Change, and Communications Management.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, etc.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $76.17- $105.85 / hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
