Connect with billions of users worldwide as a Content Strategist! Partnering with Aquent and a global communications leader, you’ll shape user experiences by crafting clear, concise, and helpful content. This role empowers you to leverage your expertise in content strategy and Large Language Models (LLMs) to make a tangible difference in how people connect and communicate.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and refining support content, ensuring seamless user experiences. You will play a vital role in optimizing content for LLMs, shaping how users interact with support resources. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with product and operations teams, influencing the future of communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and test Help Center articles and customer support responses.
- Optimize content for AI-powered support using LLMs.
- Implement and promote content standards and best practices.
- Leverage data analysis to enhance support experiences and resolve user issues.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Transform technical expertise into user-friendly documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create empathetic support messaging.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy.
- 6+ months of experience optimizing content for Generative AI and/or LLMs.
- Proven critical thinking and editorial judgment for complex topics, managing large content sets for LLMs.
- Experience creating and improving online help content and customer support responses for social media or mobile apps.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Project management experience, navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of data analysis, XML editing, and AI tools.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.05 to $40.06 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
