Must-Have Qualifications

  • Prior manufacturing experience is required. You should have a deep understanding of the fast-paced, high-stakes nature of a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with mechanical components. You must have hands-on familiarity with the types of parts and materials used in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Customer-service oriented mindset. Your ability to build relationships and provide timely, accurate support is paramount.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
  • Collaborative and creative problem-solver. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box and wants to contribute to a fun, supportive, and continuous-improvement-focused team.

This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week + overtime. Occasional Saturday shifts will be required. Overtime is paid at time and a half for all hours worked over 40.

We look forward to hearing from you and discovering how you can contribute to our growing team!
