Material Coordinator

Overview

Please note: This is an on-site position located in Casa Grande, AZ. Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, to support 24/7 operations.

As a Material Coordinator, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with skilled trades and operations personnel. Your meticulous approach to inventory management and material coordination will be instrumental in minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with Receiving functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming materials.
• Organize and inventory materials, maintaining a well-structured and efficient storage system.
• Queue equipment and materials for Maintenance skilled trades and Operations, facilitating seamless workflow.
• Perform cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist the Sr. Buyer with procurement tasks and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Help setup part numbers, contributing to streamlined inventory management processes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in material coordination, inventory management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.99 to $33.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
