Please note: This is an on-site position located in Casa Grande, AZ. Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, to support 24/7 operations.

You will be a key player in organizing and managing materials, directly impacting the efficiency and productivity of maintenance and operations teams. Your expertise in inventory management and material flow will be essential to the success of this dynamic organization. As a Material Coordinator, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with skilled trades and operations personnel. Your meticulous approach to inventory management and material coordination will be instrumental in minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Receiving functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming materials.
- Organize and inventory materials, maintaining a well-structured and efficient storage system.
- Queue equipment and materials for Maintenance skilled trades and Operations, facilitating seamless workflow.
- Perform cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist the Sr. Buyer with procurement tasks and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Help setup part numbers, contributing to streamlined inventory management processes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in material coordination, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.99 to $33.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
