Associate Attorney

Overview

Our Financial Services client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team! The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling foreclosure matters on behalf of the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of the client. 

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings
• Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested foreclosures
• Participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person)
• Provide regular client updates and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned

Must-Haves:

• Juris Doctorate
• Active member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client service orientation
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

This role requires you to be on-site in Mount Laurel Township, NJ.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70,000 – $110,000. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
