Are you a seasoned Lifecycle Marketing Strategist with a passion for driving growth in consumer subscription services? Partner with a leading global innovator through Aquent and make a real impact on how customers engage with their subscription services. As a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams, including engineering, product, operations, data analytics, design, and business. Your focus will be on crafting innovative programs that connect with customers in a privacy-conscious manner, enhancing their subscription experience and maximizing engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and refine engagement and retention strategies, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize program performance.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborative plans to improve key performance metrics, emphasizing experimentation and optimization.
- Partner with international teams across various time zones, including business, product, engineering, analytics, and design.
- Establish a continuous improvement process, analyzing results and integrating insights back into program plans.
- Define customer journeys, value propositions, and educational messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Create and maintain operational briefs to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Must-Haves:
- 5-7 years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, preferably for a consumer subscription business with a proven track record of achieving growth goals in user engagement and retention.
- Experience testing and optimizing marketing channels, including push notifications, email, and in-app messaging tactics.
- Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and build consensus while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and a history of developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $67.63 to $75.14. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
