Partnering with Aquent, you’ll be supporting our client, a major player in the retail industry, known for their iconic brands and commitment to customer satisfaction.
In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind seamless project execution, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional results. You’ll be instrumental in defining project scope, meticulously crafting schedules, and expertly navigating any changes along the way. Your keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving skills will ensure projects stay on track and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project delivery.
- Define project scope in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, adapting to changes as needed.
- Monitor project progress, report on project health, and escalate issues effectively.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including meeting notes and status reports.
- Identify, manage, and communicate project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Develop and update detailed project plans.
- Manage project assets.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a project manager in a matrixed business environment, ideally in e-commerce/digital retail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse tasks.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and excel as a self-starter.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.61 to $61.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
