About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you’ll orchestrate the seamless execution of multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Your project management prowess will be essential in defining project scope, developing and managing schedules, tracking progress, and mitigating risks. You’ll be the central point of contact, ensuring clear communication and driving projects towards successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project delivery.
  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, adapting to changes and ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Monitor project progress, report on project health, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including meeting notes, status reports, and action items.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and communicate project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Develop and update detailed project plans.
  • Manage project assets effectively.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a project manager in a matrixed business environment, ideally in e-commerce/digital retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse tasks.
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Compensation:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.61 to $61.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
