What You Bring:
- Required: UKG Pro WFM experience and knowledge
- 1-3+ years HR experience (service delivery/operations background a huge plus!)
- HRIS experience (Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, Greenhouse)
- Strong analytical skills and customer service mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification a bonus

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $18 to $21/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
