Creative Product Approvals Specialist

In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of designers to ensure that every piece of merchandise, from apparel to collectibles, meets the highest standards of quality and brand integrity. Your expertise in 2D design, production processes, and franchise knowledge will be essential in guiding the creative vision for a wide range of products.
Responsibilities:

• Execute product approvals through online systems and collaborative meetings, maintaining high standards in character execution, brand integrity, storytelling, color, material, form, and function.
• Assist in onboarding new partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Collaborate with the design manager to develop and approve innovative product concepts.
• Utilize online approval systems to coordinate product submissions for creative reviews and approvals.
• Organize and maintain product and market samples, ensuring easy access and efficient tracking.
• Build and nurture relationships with licensees and internal partners, overseeing all creative aspects of product development.
• Multitask and prioritize multiple design projects within deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field or entry-level candidates with relevant skills and a strong portfolio.
• Strong focus on 2D concept designs, production stages, and franchise expertise. Understanding of materials and textiles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Mac applications (Keynote).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.40 to $41.56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
