Web Content Producer

Pay Range: $35/hr – $39/hr​

You will be instrumental in crafting and delivering high-quality content, ensuring timely updates, and contributing to the evolution of a dynamic website. As a Web Producer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the user experience. Collaborate with the Web Production team to publish compelling content, ensuring a consistent brand experience across a global audience. You’ll own a variety of content tasks, contribute to quality assurance, and help maintain and improve the platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and publish various content pieces, including SEO articles, ebooks, whitepapers, and event landing pages.
• Maintain resource category pages, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and easily discoverable.
• Conduct quality assurance for new pages, updates, and launches, resolving issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the web producer on urgent stakeholder requests.
• Assist with updates related to brand and structural changes.
• Migrate pages to new templates as part of ongoing platform improvements.
• Implement updates with accessibility, internationalization, and site performance in mind.
• Support publishing and updates of translated content.
• Partner with the Web Production lead for task prioritization and oversight.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and web publishing standards.
• Provide clear documentation for repeatable tasks.

Must-Haves:

• Strong proficiency with Contentful or a comparable CMS.
• Experience building and publishing web pages using modular design systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and familiarity with QA best practices.
• Comfortable working asynchronously in tools like GitHub, Slack, and Figma.
• Strong time management and ability to self-direct.
• Basic understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance-friendly content practices.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with the client’s brand voice.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35/hr – $39/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
