As a Partner Marketing Manager with a leading Fortune 500 organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies with key partners. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in partner marketing, campaign development, and event planning to drive impactful results.
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with partners to develop and implement global marketing plans, manage marketing budgets (including MDF), and work with global teams to execute these plans locally. You will also be responsible for creating partner references, developing compelling content (white papers, blogs, social media posts, videos), and building strategies to share and amplify these resources widely. This role requires a data-driven approach, where you’ll compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve overall performance. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global marketing plans with partners.
- Manage marketing budgets and MDF for partner initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams to execute marketing plans locally.
- Create partner references and develop engaging content (white papers, blogs, social media, videos).
- Build and implement strategies to share and amplify partner content.
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing within a large global technology company.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in event development and execution.
- Customer-centric approach to marketing.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.12 to $46.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
