Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist in Florida!

This position is 100% remote within the state of Florida.  At this time we will only consider canddiates who currently live in Florida.  Out of state candidates will not be conisdered at this time.

As a key member of the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) team, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing patient well-being. You will conduct comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs), provide in-depth consultations, and transcribe critical patient information into a secure web-based application. Your expertise will directly contribute to the creation of personalized medication plans, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outbound calls to patients for CMRs and consultations (approximately 100 calls per day)
• Deliver in-depth consultations focused on statin medication use, adhering to AHA guidelines
• Perform comprehensive medication reviews to identify potential drug interactions, optimize therapies, and improve patient adherence
• Accurately transcribe patient-specific prescription information, diagnoses, and recommendations into a third-party web-based application
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to MTM services

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacist License in Florida (please include a screenshot at the top of your resume)
• At least 4 years of experience as a clinical MTM pharmacist
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical terminology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Management experience
• Familiarity with Part D Star measures (SUPD, SPC, and CMR)
• Experience using Salesforce
• Strong technical proficiency

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.85 to $59.85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
