This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the world of artificial intelligence, working with the latest technologies to develop proprietary internal tools. You’ll be building a robust portfolio showcasing cutting-edge AI capabilities, directly contributing to the advancement of internal systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop intelligent automation workflows that extract, transform, and standardize data from various sources.
  • Integrate cutting-edge AI components to generate summaries, insights, and narratives.
  • Develop reusable AI-powered services for a variety of internal needs, including team support, data insights, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define scalable templates and standards.
  • Maintain prompt logic and ensure agent reliability, traceability, and performance.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and continuous optimization of automation systems.
  • Customize and implement system software to meet evolving requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance, unit testing, and post-deployment validation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in software development or automation engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience with large-scale systems, troubleshooting, and legacy modernization.
  • Agile development experience and strong problem-solving skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience with multiple AI and automation tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with agent-based architectures.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
  • Scripting and agent development experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $73/hr – $81/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
