This position is 100% remote. For this reason, we will ony consider candidates who currently live in the United States.
In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment. C2C Is not permitted for this position.
- Be able to showcase your work through cases studies and/or portfolio. Work samples should be about your design process and not just finished screens.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Design effective and efficient interaction designs for complex, data-intensive applications.
- Create low to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visually represent product concepts.
- Develop and present concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, effectively communicating user-centered design principles.
- Partner with product managers, UX researchers, and engineers to define end-user needs and balance business requirements.
- Contribute to the establishment of common design standards and shared UI components across product lines.
- Facilitate UX processes, including design thinking and human-centered design activities.
Must-Haves:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 2-4 years of related experience. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proficiency with UX/UI design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and InVision.
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience designing for accessibility.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.78 – $60.78/hour Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
