Our client is seeking to add a Bilingual Traffic Manager to their in house Creative team.  In this Contract role, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless promotional campaigns, ensuring timely execution and impactful brand presence. About the Role
As Traffic Manager, you will be the central hub for all print design projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of promotional materials. Your expertise in workflow management and stakeholder communication will be essential to navigating the complexities of a high-volume retail environment. You will collaborate with designers, print vendors, and various business units, orchestrating the entire process from initial request to final delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to optimize existing processes, build strong relationships, and contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end process of monthly promotional cycles, ensuring timely completion and delivery of all print design projects.
  • Monitor project workflows, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders, including designers, vendors, and business units.
  • Collaborate with internal project owners to gather requirements, assess designer capacity, and assign tasks effectively.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or roadblocks.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, conducting daily stand-up calls, weekly production meetings, and regular check-ins.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working with creative teams and managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in French and experience working on bilingual communications
  • Proven experience in project management, demonstrating strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to proof artwork against briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Experience with workflow management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in a retail environment or high-volume work environment.
  • Background in Graphic Design.
  • Experience working with design teams.
