This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills and experiences in content and digital asset management in support of the production of core claims for promotional content within a global pharmaceutical company.

Our client has implemented a new marketing solution focused pharmaceutical standards and speed to market in multiple channels (web, print ,email, IPad, social) The Content Steward works within an Agile team environment to understand and assist with the Core Claims strategy and ultimately mange those claims through the Mterial Approval Process (MAP) to be utilized as modular content.

The Content Steward will be involved from concept review through asset approval working closely with the agencies, marketing and the MAP team. they will serve as the claims asset owner and support the MAP review in partnership with the agency and marketing. The steward will act as the project owner, and be present for the review and will address feed to move claims through approval. They will also hep manage claims to keep them current post approval, flagging to the brand when they need updating.

The Content Steward manages and maintains all identified content including text, images and videos, ensuring they are tagged and stored according to defined standards, which are applied consistently across the organization. The Content Steward’s role is critical s they are responsible for keeping all Core Claims up to date and accurate. They will support communications around the approved claims, claims updates so that all stakeholders are aware that it exists, and to begin using it as a reference for their asset claims.

The steward will review the brand calendar to help identify when claims updates may occur. They will luse this informaiton to plan and control how often claims come through for review.

 

Working within an Agile team work to create, adapt and harvest Core Claims
•Develop brand content expertise for the use, maintenance and application of master content to promotional materials
•Ability to work well within a team environment supporting and guiding the maintenance, creation and adaptation of core claims
•Work as a content expert to support the creation of the Core CLaims and all referencing and support materials.
•Work closely with internal team members and external creative agency partners to update and refresh Core Claims on a regular basis
•Input and update detailed content and metadata in DAM
•Manage multiple claims through the MAP, simultaneously, from strategy to final approval
•Attend meetings to review promotional pieces, make changes as instructed
•Problem solve as issues arise
•Assist the Agile team with tasks as assigned

 

Skills & Experience Needed
•BS Degree (Marketing, Business, Commuications, Information Management or Libraray Science) or Masters in Library Science
•Knowledge of the Agile Methodology preferred
•Aprimo and/or Veeva experience highly desired
•2-3 years experience in content management including metadata management
•Demonstrated familiarity with metadata standards editorial standards, commuication standards and classification systems; attention to detail
•Broad knowledge of library tools, systems and resoruces in corporate organizations
•Solid technology background, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with trends in delivery of electronic information
•HTML experience desireable
•Prior production experience in creating promotional materials and working with tight deadlines
•Demonstrated ability to be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
