As an Experiential Creative Director, you will:

• Spearhead the creative vision for large-scale signature events, brand activations, and custom campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience engagement.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative event experiences, from initial brainstorming to final execution, incorporating cutting-edge design trends and technologies.
• Lead creative strategy sessions, translating client objectives into compelling narratives and multi-faceted event concepts.
• Confidently pitch creative concepts to senior client executives and stakeholders, effectively communicating strategic intent and inspiring buy-in.
• Mentor and guide a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and nurturing their professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and a cohesive attendee experience.
• Continuously explore new opportunities for innovation, pushing creative boundaries, and elevating the brand’s presence in the experiential marketing space.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related creative discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Eight-plus years of experience as a Creative Director in experiential events, preferably within a full-service event agency.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing innovative event designs, strategic thinking, and visual storytelling within a B2B context.
• Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into engaging event narratives and creative concepts.
• Exceptional client presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative vision and secure buy-in.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills, fostering a collaborative and inspiring creative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
• Must be able to travel onsite to events 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working in a virtual environment and leading remote teams.
• Deep understanding of digital trends, innovation, and emerging technologies within the events industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.39 to $67.11 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
