This exciting role calls for a highly motivated individual with a passion for data analysis and process optimization. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining business rules and processes, ensuring that client change requests are thoroughly assessed before implementation. Collaborate with internal teams, leverage data-driven models, and provide consultative support to stakeholders, all while contributing to the company’s financial performance. Your insights will drive informed decisions and contribute to the overall success of client programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate the potential financial impact of plan design changes using established models and collaboration with internal partners.
- Support the development and user acceptance testing of new financial tools.
- Analyze data using Excel, SQL, SAS, and financial change order models to project rebate guarantee impacts.
- Coordinate efforts across teams (Sales, Analytics, Clinical Operations, Underwriting, etc.) to ensure appropriate controls for client benefit design changes and product implementations.
- Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders (Sales, Underwriting, Analytics) on analyses and ad-hoc reporting.
- Interact with external stakeholders and clients, clearly articulating analysis results and meeting deadlines.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. OR 1+ years of professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement, including 1+ year working with relevant industry data or financial analysis.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel-based analysis and SQL.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
- Prior industry experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize competing tasks.
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments.
- Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.17 to $38.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
