Step into a pivotal role within a global leader in the athletic apparel and footwear industry. As a key member of the Wholesale Marketing team, partnered with Aquent, you’ll bridge the gap between product and consumer, driving impactful marketing strategies for key specialty accounts. Your expertise will shape how consumers experience products, influencing purchasing decisions and brand loyalty.
This dynamic role offers a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a major e-commerce account, while also providing vital support to specialty businesses. This balance allows you to develop deep account relationships and tackle diverse projects with tangible impact. You’ll own projects from inception to completion, contributing directly to the growth of these key channels.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a major e-commerce account, managing communications, and ensuring alignment on marketing strategies.
- Provide support to specialty businesses, flexing to address seasonal priorities and project needs.
- Act as the primary contact for smaller accounts, overseeing project execution from start to finish.
- Develop and implement marketing plans that drive sales and brand awareness within the specialty market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wholesale marketing, ideally within the athletic or sporting goods industry.
- Strong account management skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.02 to $42.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
