Salary:

Start Date:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the end-to-end execution of gift sets and gifts-with-purchase (GWPs) across our retail and promotional channels. This role is critical in bridging the gap between marketing, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure flawless delivery and execution of consumer-facing programs.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with a background in marketing logistics and retail operations—not PR or influencer gifting. You will manage timelines, production, and cross-functional communication to ensure all programs go live on time and meet brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational execution of gift sets and GWP programs, from concept alignment to delivery in-store or online.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, packaging, creative, retail, supply chain, and vendor partners.
  • Manage project timelines, tracking milestones, approvals, and asset readiness to ensure timely launches.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and third-party vendors for kitting, packaging, and fulfillment logistics.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of promotional calendars, launch dates, and shipment deadlines.
  • Support internal status meetings by providing program updates and identifying risks or delays.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on SKU creation, pricing strategy alignment, and promotional strategy execution.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and operational feasibility.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or retail execution, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or CPG industry.
  • Hands-on experience with gift sets, GWP programs, or retail promotional planning.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, vendor coordination, and packaging timelines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday) and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.79 to $24.21 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
