This exciting opportunity will allow you to:

• Conceptualize and execute Gift Sets and Gifts with Purchase, collaborating with category teams to develop innovative offerings.
• Manage existing inventory of promotional items and source new bags and accessories from the global team.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of gift sets and gifts with purchase, from initial ideation to final execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling artwork that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Partner with trade marketing to forecast quantities and ensure alignment with promotional goals.
• Manage timelines effectively, coordinating with various teams to ensure on-time delivery of promotional materials.
• Utilize internal systems to create and track promotional codes, playing a crucial role in operational efficiency.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.79 to $24.21 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
