As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a key player in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will leverage your expertise in user-centered design to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance the customer journey. What You’ll Do:

• Conceptualize and develop engaging interfaces using a user-centered design approach, considering requirements and interdependencies.
• Employ visual communication techniques, such as storyboards and sketching, to effectively convey interaction design concepts.
• Confidently make critical design decisions based on sound judgment, experience, research, and data analysis.
• Drive significant impact through new product launches and interface enhancements that reach millions of customers daily.
• Collaborate closely with fellow designers within a supportive and collaborative team environment, fostering a cohesive and customer-centric experience.

Must-Haves:

• A compelling portfolio showcasing your product design expertise and demonstrating your ability to solve customer needs through innovative design solutions.
• Mastery of design thinking and prototyping processes, encompassing product, interaction, and visual design. Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as AI tools, is essential.
• Exceptional interaction design skills, including a proven track record of implementing user interface standards and conventions, designing functional communication flows, and creating dynamic and engaging interfaces.
• Strong visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail, brand consistency, and the ability to develop new design patterns.
• Deep understanding of design principles and a keen awareness of industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to clearly articulate your design rationale and advocate for your work.
• Ability to readily give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Proven experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams to launch new products and enhance existing features.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience designing for multiple platforms, with 3+ years specifically as a senior visual and interaction designer, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience navigating and thriving within a corporate environment independently.
• A history of successful design delivery for responsive web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Experience building efficient and scalable systems or working within the e-commerce domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience (UX), Human Computer Interaction, Mass Communications, or a related field.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $74.25 to $82.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
