Role Impact:
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your analytical prowess and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will directly influence the development of cutting-edge digital products. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers and senior managers to synthesize information from meetings, identify key takeaways, and drive next steps.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations using precise data to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify correlations and trends, summarizing insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide information to support vendor management and recommend process improvements.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and test product enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation for projects, processes, and operations.
  • Manage communication with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure business needs are met.
  • Gather and analyze internal business requirements through discussions with Product Managers to interpret customer insights and business goals.
  • Translate requirements into functional designs by developing user stories that encompass functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, API data mapping, accessibility best practices, and analytics reporting requirements.
  • Review test cases, log bugs, and close user stories for all use cases.
  • Manage the scope of applications and related changes, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, effort, and cost of implementation.
  • Communicate project progress, blockers, developments, risks, and issues effectively.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data and information analysis or a related field, demonstrating strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships across various functions with a high degree of ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving business and technology demands.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience using hypothesis-driven design.
  • Experience in digital analytics and proficiency with SQL.
  • Experience with data warehousing and visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of technology stacks, architecture, and business rules within the vacation industry.
  • Proven ability to translate technical and user requirements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver requirements with Gherkin Acceptance Criteria.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, leveraging data and metrics to justify project scope, make informed decisions, and support strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including the ability to communicate and influence at an executive level.
  • Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.

  • Experience with specific software and platforms relevant to the role.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $71.68 to $79.65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
