You’ll be instrumental in crafting visual narratives that resonate with a diverse audience, working across digital and print mediums to bring stories to life. As a Senior Designer, you will:

• Conceptualize, pitch, and execute innovative visual storytelling approaches, including bespoke art and commissioned illustrations.
• Design and package stories with multimedia content for maximum impact.
• Develop engaging social media assets that amplify reach and drive engagement.
• Create and implement reusable design templates for efficiency and consistency.
• Contribute to internal design projects and consumer-facing brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine and evolve the visual language of digital platforms.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a senior designer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional creative work in digital environments.
• Experience collaborating within creative studios and/or editorial teams.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design and content management systems.
• Strong technical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, distribution strategies, and content optimization for shareability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Working knowledge of motion design, including AfterEffects and Premiere.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-starter mentality with a collaborative spirit and the ability to seek guidance and leadership when needed.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with product design principles.
• Passion for entertainment, media, and an awareness of fan and publisher-created content within the entertainment landscape.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $67.50 to $75.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
