We’re looking for a driven and innovative Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team at a Fortune 500 company transforming how customers discover and engage with products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of their biggest customer-facing event of the year – the winter holiday season. This is a unique opportunity to leverage cutting-edge marketing technologies, including machine learning and AI, to optimize campaigns and create unforgettable customer experiences.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing product merchandising, and analyzing performance to achieve key event KPIs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including channel marketing, product, and engineering, to deliver exceptional results. This role offers the chance to work with talented leaders in a fast-paced environment and make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing area of the business.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute mid-funnel and lower-funnel traffic plans for the holiday season in collaboration with Channel Marketing teams.
  • Lead the automation of product collections and merchandising by partnering with product and technical teams.
  • Manage bi-weekly leadership sync meetings, including agenda creation and stakeholder input collection.
  • Streamline processes and identify areas for improved efficiency across holiday workstreams.
  • Analyze event performance, identify areas for optimization, and ensure achievement of all event KPIs (GMS, aOPS, page hits).
  • Stay informed about retail and consumer market trends through online resources and social media to identify trending topics and consumer sentiment.
  • Collaborate with site merchandisers and channel owners to ensure timely launch of creative assets.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure a high-quality holiday shopping experience.
  • Partner with the Automated Collections team to ensure holiday collections meet event goals and expectations.
  • Manage an issue tracker to address and resolve live event issues across various teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Marketing Experience including Cross – Functional Project Management, Customer Insights, Data analysis, and Market Research & Analysis
  • Proven experience in marketing, merchandising, and analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with machine learning and AI in marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.12 to $46.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
