As a Digital Product Manager, you will lead the charge in crafting and implementing cutting-edge digital strategies that revolutionize how customers interact with financial services.   • Partner with lines of business to develop and implement digital visions, strategies, and roadmaps that meet business needs and drive future growth.
  • Scout and assess external digital platforms, recommending potential partnerships to enhance the institution’s digital capabilities.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to leverage digital techniques for maximum strategic impact, defining the key capabilities needed for success.
  • Develop compelling business cases and requirements for digital initiatives, spearheading their execution from concept to launch.
  • Be the voice of the customer and employee, ensuring product features align with business outcomes and target architecture.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive customer acquisition, product positioning, promotion, and onboarding activities.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching customer needs, industry trends, and vendor capabilities to inform digital strategies.
  • Analyze competitive moves and monitor performance against objectives, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior management, securing buy-in for strategic initiatives.
  • Prioritize product requirements and coordinate release plans with IT and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary business contact for implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve milestones.
  • Lead complex projects, identifying and engaging key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, guiding the implementation of new features and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with decision-makers and end-users to gather requirements and define system goals.
  • Represent the business in presenting new systems and applications to the Application and Architecture Review Board.
  • Lead design sessions and prototype new functionalities to enhance business processes and information flow.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, outlining integration points between systems.
  • Analyze existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Recommend system controls, including access management and configuration management.
  • Act as a liaison between business, IT, and Operations teams, managing change/release processes and troubleshooting issues.
  • Coordinate and conduct thorough testing, including end-user reviews, for new and modified systems.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of financial services experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the digital space
  • 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment
  • 10+ years of experience in the Mortgage space (strong experience in Mortgage business and platforms)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including experience with Jira (writing epics and stories)
  • Program management and leadership experience
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations
  • Proven ability to develop product roadmaps, define requirements, and lead successful implementations
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and management skills, with the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence diverse teams without direct authority

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific digital platforms or technologies relevant to the financial services industry.
  • Advanced certifications in product management, agile methodologies, or related fields.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems and complex integrations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $74.96 to $83.29 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
