Job Description: Analyst, Compliance Center of Excellence (COE)
One of our preferred clients is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) rotational program. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas within Compliance, with a key focus on internal review and regulatory reporting functions. You’ll contribute to our regulatory reporting program, including activities related to state reporting and All-Payer Claims Database (APCD) submissions, ensuring timely and accurate file delivery.
As you rotate through different compliance functions and business segments, you’ll build a strong cross-functional network and contribute to efforts that standardize and modernize compliance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop foundational skills in healthcare compliance, data integrity, and regulatory operations within a leading healthcare company.
This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence every Wednesday. Candidates must be local to either our Cumberland, RI office (preferred) or our Scottsdale, AZ office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the regulatory reporting program, including activities related to state reporting and All-Payer Claims Database (APCD) submissions, ensuring timely and accurate file delivery.
- Participate in internal review processes, contributing to the assessment and enhancement of compliance controls.
- Collaborate with various Compliance COE teams to gain exposure to diverse compliance functions and business segments.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at standardizing and modernizing compliance processes.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support compliance objectives.
- Develop a strong cross-functional network within the Compliance COE and broader organization.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework/experience in areas such as compliance, quality assurance, regulatory reporting, or internal review—particularly within pharmacy, health services, or healthcare benefits.
- Internship or academic project experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, healthcare, or related fields.
- Familiarity with healthcare benefits, pharmacy operations, or health services environments.
- Exposure to data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Quickbase.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly.
- Demonstrated interest in compliance, quality assurance, or healthcare operations through coursework, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities.

Interview Process:
- Round 1: Two 30-minute, on-camera interviews.
- Final Round: Top 2-3 candidates will advance to a final interview round.
Client Description
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24 – $26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
