As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of a major streaming service. You will manage and distribute first-party audiences, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify new audience segmentation opportunities. Your expertise will directly impact subscriber acquisition and the evolution of the platform’s marketing strategies. Get ready to make a real difference in the world of entertainment!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute first-party audiences to marketing platforms using data management tools.
- Oversee audience-focused projects, providing regular updates and ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct regular audits and updates of audience configurations.
- Collaborate with Acquisition and cross-functional stakeholders to identify new audience segmentation use cases.
- Work with Data Product teams to define requirements for paid media activation and enablement.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Google Sheets.
- Support the Audience Manager in enhancing the paid media martech stack.
- Contribute to A/B testing, incrementality studies, and other performance measurement initiatives.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Tech, Performance Marketing, Advertising In-house Marketing, or Agency experience.
- Experience working across marketing channels (social, programmatic, search, CTV) to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Familiarity with consent management and privacy-first marketing practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, VPPA).
- Understanding of martech stack architecture (e.g., how CDPs, CRMs, and ad platforms integrate).
- Knowledge of cross-device attribution and identity resolution.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of data enrichment, propensity modeling, or customer lifecycle frameworks.
- Proven success in process development and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience working cross-functionally with media, legal, data product, and tech/engineering teams.
- A passion for storytelling, audience behavior, and entertainment marketing.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.80 to $62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
