As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of sponsorship efforts for major fan events. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing timelines, approvals, and the delivery of creative assets. Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support for sponsorship initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, approvals, and the delivery of creative assets, with a focus on key art.
• Oversee project workflow and coordination to ensure alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in managing the year-round volume of projects, supporting cross-functional initiatives as needed.
• Support the development of post-event wrap-up materials and presentation decks.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination and administration.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.50 to $34 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
