Our leading credit card client is seeking an experienced Content Strategy Analyst to join their team on a hybrid or remote basis (CST or EST only)

As a Content Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how technical information is communicated to customers and stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the impact of cutting-edge technology. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the development and delivery of critical technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and testers, to craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content that empowers customers to leverage the full potential of offered products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update technical content.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to established writing standards.
  • Manage the review lifecycle and address feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to business partners and customers.
  • Author content in XML or markdown.
  • Publish content across various platforms and formats (PDF, HTML, Wiki, online help).
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency and a process improvement mindset.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Basic understanding of content localization.
  • BA Degree required.
  • Background with financial or tech industries.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Ixiasoft, Oxygen, xMetal, Visual Studio Code).
  • Basic understanding of DITA/XML, HTML, and PDF.
  • Experience with technical publication guidelines (e.g., MSTP/Chicago).
  • API specification documentation experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.23 to $44.71 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
