Program Manager Tech

You will be instrumental in achieving certifications and regulatory compliance, spearheading data analysis, and collaborating with diverse teams to implement impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to promote efficient energy use in data centers.
• Develop and implement programs and processes for customer engagement.
• Troubleshoot technical and business challenges, from identification to resolution.
• Manage project schedules, track progress, and provide regular status reports.
• Create and review functional specifications for new and existing tools to enhance decision-making and influence product/service implementation.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret energy-related data.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to grasp and understand complex technical concepts, including calculus, mathematics, and thermodynamics.
• Strong organizational skills, results-oriented approach, and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge or experience with ISO50001, EN50600, ISO40001, European Energy Directive, ISO30134-series of standards, European Green Public Procurement, European Trade Schema, and EU Taxonomy.
• 2-3 years of experience with productivity software tools.
• 2-3 years of experience with advances query language.
• 2-3 years of experience with Cloud base Dev Ops.
• 2-3 years of experience with an enterprise collaboration platformt.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.24 to $78.05 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
